Clinical Application Specialist
Job summary:
This position is responsible for planning, implementing, training, supporting and sales of new medical device installed by UHG. From proposal to launch, this role will work directly with healthcare professionals supporting the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Engage clients to develop customer training tools and offer relevant input for
future products and services. ● Conduct individual or group user training for client clinical staff.
● Organize and deliver training through candidate screening workshops, forums and seminars.
● Coordinate with Service Organization teams and Project Manager for training sessions at customer installation sites.
● Exhibit product expertise during customer support and user training.
● Establish dates in advance and schedule with on-site support staff to be in place for the transition period to help with any lags, errors or troubleshooting.
● Complete administrative activities and ensure product demonstration support.
● After launch, ensure user and leader feedback to review the process, implementation and effectiveness of the new software or device to apply to future projects.
● Extend after sales support of clinical devices.
● Coordinate with sales organization in pre and post-sales support of UHG customers.
● Communicate with customers proactively improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
● Communicate with customers to resolve problems and enhance customer satisfaction.
● Communicate customer information and problems as well as opportunities to Technical and Business Development/Marketing Support teams.
● Extend support in practicums, professional forums and audio conferences.
Education and Experience Education
▪ Minimum of Bsc in Nursing
▪ Application training certificate

Experience
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience
• Experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in ICU is an advantage

Knowledge
• Strong Knowledge in ICU nursing
• Strong knowledge in healthcare IT
