Over the weekend, our CEO, Frederick Amissah , had the privilege of being awarded the ‘Leadership Excellence Award in the Integration of Health, Environment, Safety, and Security’ at the 2022 HESS awards. The HESS award is designed to identify, publicly recognize, and celebrate outstanding companies for exceptional performance and innovations focused on occupational health, safety, security, and the environment.
The recognition is a testament to the commitment of UHG and its team to ensuring that operations from our performance management, process and service management, our fleet safety, our construction management systems, and the overall leisure and wellness of our team and colleagues are always safe, as well as the contribution we have made to world-class standards of safety and health in hospitals. It is an honor to be the recipient of such a prestigious recognition.
